Sandra's feet

7 weeks until the arrival of Foot Junior

The foot decorates the outside

The foot poses on Candy Cane Lane - newly erected on the path leading from the driveway. It seems an appropriate Christmas tribute to the daily passing of the foot.

Even the reindeer bow when the foot passes.

The feet get ready for Christmas

The feet got a Christmas tree this week. It's a good tree.

Unfortunately it was about 6 inches too tall. So the foot had to chop off the bottom 10 inches of the tree. Somehow in the process, the top of the tree fell off. Sandra's foot may have accidentally stepped on it, but she denies it. We don't believe her. Poor tree - to know that it gave its life in order to glorify the foot, and in its big moment it loses a foot off the top. Could there be some significance to this - a foot falls off when brought near to the foot? Futures generations will ponder on this...

So, this was a job for crazy glue. The foot glued the top of the tree back on. The foot was very careful not to get any crazy glue on the foot - it bonds instantly to skin. Could you imagine what havoc that could have wreaked on the perfection?

After the snow

The foot had to shovel the driveway. And as you can see below, it is a very long driveway. Yet the foot persevered and vanquished the snow.

Here is the foot salting the stairs

The feet relaxing in the snow.

The feet are going skiing this weekend. The feet are very excited.

Sandra's Feet in her new boots

For all you perverts - and there are many of you out there - here are some pictures of Sandra's feet ensconced in fur lined boots. Oh yeah....

The first snowstorm of the season

The foot taking note of its early progress.

When the feet went to put on their boots the next day, the feet noticed that the boots were old and worn down. Certainly not worthy to house the foot. So Sandra's and Leo's feet went shopping for boots.

Please note the worthiness of the new boots to house such perfection.

The foot has been very busy lately

Here is the foot posing with the dresser that the foot assembled. Twice. It had a lean the first time, so the foot had to disassemble the dresser and correct the lean. The foot was not happy. But the final result pleases the foot. This dresser is in the nursery - 2 months until Foot Jr makes his or her first appearance in the world.

Sometimes Isabel follows the foot all around the house. And sometimes the foot deigns to allow her to adore the foot.

Assorted baby stuff - you will notice the nice yellow colour - the foot painted this room. It's a less offensive yellow than the dining room. The foot likes yellow.

As well, Sandra reports that Foot Jr seems to have a strong and capable foot - constantly kicking her in the ribs and bladder. Well done Foot Jr.
